New Sheet & Refined Rules

Greetings! I've necroed this long-time sheet to bring a due change to the way the pages flow. I've kept the original as a historical piece, but I highly recommend you use the newer, cleaner version, especially if you're looking to print it on paper.

I've also attached a rules.txt to help you better understand how it works.

Basically, using the SKILLS is now an instant success, but consumes said skill. This is similar to indie TTRPGs like ECOPUNK 2044 or FIST.
